My name is Rukmini and this is my Virtual Home. I’m very passionate about Health, Nutrition and Wellbeing and have created this space to inspire you to take control of your physical, mental and spiritual life.

A Lil bit about Me

I’m a holistic health coach and a raw food chef and i’m passionate about food, fitness, spirituality and sharing this with others. I did my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’ve studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

Ann Wigmore , who is a pioneer in Holisitic Health once said ” Let Food be thy Medicine and Medicine be thy Food”. Thats what i try to do here. All the recipes i share here are delicious yet healthy. They are Vegan or Raw Vegan and also mostly Allergen Free ( no wheat, dairy, egg, groundnuts) And also Sugar Free
